Thank you for visiting Oasis Birth Doula! As your NOVA birth doula, I bring to the table a wealth of information and experience on all aspects of the birth process. As a birth guide, I am invested in helping YOU have a personalized and positive experience. I will help you understand more about birth, your options and how to advocate for them, we will practice comfort measures, and figure out your preferences.

Once we are in your place of birth, I help preserve the birth atmosphere in a way that is ideal for birthing. I believe that only positive energy should be surrounding you and work to redirect everyone's energy to your needs. I anticipate your needs and help you and your partner direct your focus to the monumental work you are doing.

I believe the most important ingredient in a positive birth is a POSITIVE PROVIDER- one who will respect you and see you as the main partner in deciding your birth journey and baby's needs. You can find some of my favorite NOVA & DC area pregnancy providers here.

Basic Doula Package

This package is a great fit for all parents-to-be, especially if you have plenty of family and community support in the area.

Phone/Email Support throughout pregnancy & birth
Up to 2 Prenatal Visits, In-Person Support during your active birth time until 1-2 hours after baby's birth, and 1 postpartum visit
Access to Lending Library and Exclusive Client Resources
On-call 24/7 for one month surrounding your estimated due time
Online 30-Day Survival Guide for the Longest Month of Pregnancy

COST: $1800-$2100

(Lower price for those with a Preferred Provider. Discount available for repeat clients, 2nd time vaginal births as needed and special circumstances).

Enhanced Doula Package

This package is a great fit for anyone looking for a bit of extra postpartum love and care. If you want an intro to optimal postpartum nutrition, try this!

Postpartum Closing Ceremony OR Postpartum Care Package with your choice of 3 teas, soups, snacks ideal for postpartum nutrition

Premium Doula Package

This package is the ultimate experience in birth and postpartum support and includes a sampler of our Traditional Postpartum Doula Care.

All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
1 session Postpartum Recovery Session (bodywork), Bengkung Belly Binding Session, OR Postpartum Care Package with your choice of 4 teas, soups/snacks ideal for the postpartum period
Additional session of a traditional Moroccan Closing Ceremony- (optional) womb steam, arms/legs massage-like touch, and 'Closing the Bones' Ceremony OR PP Recovery Session

COST: $2100 - $2400

(Lower price for clients with Preferred Providers. Discounts available for repeat clients and need-based!)

Virtual Doula Services

This package is a great fit for anyone looking for online/virtual support.

Complete access to your doula via text, phone calls and video conferencing throughout your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum.
2 virtual prenatal visits (if signed by 36 weeks), each 2 hours long
On call support for birth from 37-42 weeks pregnancy
Virtual access to support during birth via Zoom, etc
Option to add on in-person support at home until you head to the hospital (+$300)
Option to add on in-hospital support if your hospital policy changes to allow doulas (see basic package price)
Informational, emotional and mental support throughout your pregnancy and birth
Access to Lending Library and Exclusive Client Resources
Access to your online 30-Day Survival Guide for the Longest Month of Pregnancy.
